1. (a) a briskly informal (b) Airy, Nonchalant
2. Combination between two words to refer to a woman: Broad+Easy, yield the derogatory term Breezy.
3. Used to refer to a hot girl, or possibly, any girl; often used to confuse a girl unknowing of the term's definition.

It is best to analyze this term in the context in which it is being used.
"What up breezy" --> as a form of endearment.
"Damn, that breezy on the bus was hella loud" used in a more derogatorily manor.
