"Sound Familiar?"

""You're so sensitive. You're so emotional. You're defensive. You're overreacting. Calm down. Relax. Stop freaking out! You're crazy! I was just joking, don't you have a sense of humor? You're so dramatic. Just get over it already!""

DF

Mexico City - District Federal - DF - de efe - Mexico.

A city with many names, Mexico City is in so many ways, the biggest city in the world. It has no boundaries, no city limits, no inhibitions, and no mercy. There is a pulse there that you cannot deny. Eric and I went for just a week, to explore the city in all its glory. Most still trust its legacy of drugs and scandal, and yes that still exists there, but there is so much more. This city is bursting with creativity and potential. The history is undeniable and its is written on the walls, thanks to artists like Diego Rivera and David Siqueiros. There are people everywhere, going somewhere, and eating something. Mexico City is maturing into a global city filled with art, delicious food, and creative people flocking to its grounds. I cannot wait to return.

DRESS.LIKE.Mì

Ms. Kelly Malone of WorkshopSF.

The Bold Italic did a funny little page on where locals shop for clothes. I'm sure everyone goes through waves with their fashion, the high points when you feel like a star of today, the low points when you feel like a throwaway. It's a pretty good grasp on some places to shop for those ballin, and those on a budget - from people who are both working in the industry, or running their own. Some of my stomping grounds are def on this list...
