The winner season one of Top Chef has finally opened his restaurant in NYC. Opened May of last year, Harold opened up Perilla; is a baby spot in the middle of The Village. Tasting menu is only $80 and he has duck meatballs on the menu! Rock on Herold.. Now I just need Ilan to open his restaurant up... I will for sure be on the front line of that party.
