Happy Black History Month. Usually institutions celebrate the month of February by highlighting the accomplishments of Black citizens. One grocery store in Deleware is celebrating the month by discounting what looks to be stereotypical "African-American" foods, and Barack Obama paraphernalia. Tacky.
