The time has finally come: Jay Leno is stepping down, Conan O'Brian and Jimmy Fallon stepping up. Fallon will be replacing Conan for the 12:30 slot, and is giving the show a facelift. The Roots will be the new House Band for the show, and providing back up for visiting artsts. The band dubbed The Grateful Dead of Hip Hop, already has 200 planned songs for the show, where as Conan's band only played 16. Nothin like a little spice to put you to bed.
