The first 100,000 units have already been accounted for , and the lucky drivers will be chosen at random. The environmental tear drops begin to swell when considering that many of these new car owners where once public transit and bicycle loyalists.

Priced at just under $2,000, the Nano is grossly affordable. When compared to the Smart Car, the Nano doesn't have as many bells/whistles, but it does have two extra doors and costs over 80% less, with the Smart Car starting at $11,990. The Nano is expected to reach UK markets by 2011.
